The Knowledge Management Framework
The Framework will help us capture, store, process and generate knowledge that will influence decision making, policy and other interventions in the country based on empirical evidence from our work. Currently some data and information resides on staff’s computers. If those staff left the organisation without proper handover, such knowledge will go with them.
The Knowledge Management System will enable us electronically store data and organize it in a way that make sense for our workflow and access needs. The data can be easily retrieved with intelligent global search.
Knowledge Management Framework

TEVETA reviewed the 2006 Information Education and Communication (IEC) Strategy. The review process involved an evaluation of the 2006 IEC Strategy through an engagement of internal and external stakeholders. Views of the stakeholders shaped the reviewed strategy. Strategic views from the stakeholders were key in the review process and development of objectives, communication strategies, channels of communication and messages for the revised IEC Strategy.
