TEV/01/2018: TENDER FOR THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF ICT REQUIREMENTS The Technical Education, Vocational and Entrepreneurship Training Authority (TEVETA) has received funds from the Government of the Republic of Zambia and intends to apply the proceeds of these funds towards the purchase of various Information Communication Technology (ICT) requirements in the attached photo: TEVETA now invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified Bidders for the supply and delivery of ICT requirements. Bidding will be conducted through the Open National Bidding (ONB) procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act of 2008 and the Public Procurement Regulations of 2011. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from the Procurement Specialist, Technical Education, Vocational and Entrepreneurship Training Authority (TEVETA), and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below from 08:00 hrs to 13:00 hrs and from 14:00 hrs to 17:00 hrs, Monday to Friday. The margins of preference to be applied are as follows: a) Citizen Influenced Company - 4 percent b) Citizen Empowered Company - 8 percent; and c) Citizen Owned Company - 12 percent Bidders are therefore required to submit proof of registration with CEEC. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders upon payment of a non-refundable fee of K500 or its equivalent in any freely convertible currency at the prevailing exchange rate in cash or Bank certified cheque.
