Zambia’s first cohort of 16 apprentices in toolmaking at the Production Technologies Association of South Africa (PtSA) Centre of Excellence was sent-off by the Minister of Technology and Science last month. Speaking during the send-off breakfasting, Minister of Technology and Science, Hon. Minister of Technology and Science Honourable FELIX MUTATI has disclosed that in 2023, more than 14, 000 out-of-school youths, Micro- Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) and informal sector operators have benefited from the Skills Empowerment Programme.
