I am failing receive the code after trying to claim my Accreditation. What can be the cause?
Answer
Claiming your accreditation will work if the following are met:
- You are accredited and your details exist in our system
- You submited a valid email address when you first applied for accreditation
- You have access to the email address in number 2 above
If the above requirements are met, simply key in your accreditation ID here and enter the code we will send in the page that will follow. All your accreditations should now appear in your profile page under "My applications".
