QuestionI have a missing subject(s) on my online statement of results. What is the cause and how can I resolve it?
Answer
Missing subject(s) are commonly caused by incomplete examination registrations or students not registering for a particular subject so that they sit for it in the examinations. Such students are considered illegal candidates. Therefore, TEVETA won’t release their results until they pay a certain penalty. Once you notice that some subjects are missing on your statement or LDMS contact your institution who in turn will work with TEVETA to rectify this.
